The aim of the cognitive pretest was to determine how easy or difficult it was for the participants to recall their relationships with people with whom they had lost contact during the pandemic.
Findings:
Questions 10 through 15 were asked only of the participant who had indicated in Question 9 that she had lost contact with someone during the COVID-19 pandemic (Participant 07). The participant answered all six questions and referred to the same person in each of them. When asked, Participant 07 explained that it had been “very easy” for her to recall her relationship with that person before and during the pandemic.
